We created a purpose-built platform to address the vast, unmet and growing demand for mental health services of our members, serving our business-to-consumer (“B2C”) channel, comprised of individual consumers who subscribe directly to our platform, and our business-to-business (“B2B”) channel, comprised of large enterprise clients such as Google and Expedia and large health plans and employee assistance programs (collectively, “health plan clients”) such as Aetna, Cigna, Premera, Humana and Optum (collectively, our “clients”), who offer their employees and insured members access to our platform for free or at in-network reimbursement rates, respectively.
