Roni Frank is the co-founder and Head of Clinical Services at Talkspace, the leading telebehavioral healthcare company that makes therapy and psychiatry accessible and affordable to people across the globe.
Roni and her husband Oren Frank co-founded Talkspace in 2012. It was therapy that helped Roni and her husband overcome obstacles in their own marriage when they both came to understand the positive impact it had on them as individuals.
This experience inspired Roni to leave her career as a software developer at Amdocs. After witnessing the broken nature of the mental health system and overwhelmed by the lack of resources, Roni and Oren defined Talkspace’s vision as, “Therapy for All,” and they are committed to the belief that mental health is a human right. One in five Americans suffer from mental health issues every year, and Talkspace has helped more than one million people connect with licensed therapists since launch.
Roni has been named one of TIME’s Top 50 Most Influential People in Healthcare and received the NAMI Innovation Award. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya, Israel and currently resides in New Jersey with Oren and their two daughters.
