Biography Details

Jennifer Fulk oversees the corporate finance, accounting, and investor relations functions at Talkspace. Jennifer brings broad executive, strategic, and financial leadership to Talkspace. Before Talkspace, she spent 15 years at Eli Lilly and Company in roles that included responsibility for access and pricing strategies with major healthcare payers as chief financial officer of its U.S. Bio-Medicines business, strengthening price governance, reporting and forecast analytics as chief financial officer of its animal health business, and consolidating financial accounting across its northern european operations as chief financial officer for Lilly Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Her diverse experience also includes positions in corporate finance, investor relations, and treasury.

Jennifer holds an MBA (finance and accounting) and a B.S. degree (information systems), both from Indiana University, and is a board member at Believe Schools of Indianapolis.
